Council is committed to enhancing the health, wellbeing and independence of elders and people with disabilities through the planning and provision of a broad range of services, facilities and programs in response to identified needs.
Council provides a suite of support and maintenance services including:
- Assessment and care management
- Community transport
- Food services
- Home care
- Home maintenance
- Personal care
- Planned activities
- Respite care
- Social support programs including excursions and outings
These services are targeted to older people, people with disabilities and their carers.
While services are subsidised by the Department of Human Services, fees do apply and are based on an assessment of an individual's income and capacity to pay.

Companion Cards
