Kew Traffic School

Kew Traffic School has provided a safe environment for children to learn road safety for over 50 years and offers children the chance to gain confidence and skills in a fun setting, away from the normal dangers on our roads.

The school is located at the corner of Grange and Cotham roads, Kew.

Schools as well as the community can participate in various activities and programs at the traffic school, including safety education programs, private bookings, and school holiday sessions.

Safety Education Program

If you are a school or kindergarten interested in the safety education program, contact the Kew Traffic School on 9817 4831 between Tuesday and Friday to arrange a booking.

Booking times and costs are:

  • 10am to 11.30am (morning) - $90
  • 1pm to 2.30pm (afternoon) - $90
  • Two sessions booked on the one day - $107 (inclusive)
  • 10am to 1pm (double booking) - $107

Private Bookings

Weeknights:

  • 3.30pm to 6pm - $155

Weekends:  

  • 10am to 12.30pm - $155
  • 12.45pm to 3.15pm - $155
  • 3.30pm to 6pm - $155

During daylight savings, 3.30pm to 6pm bookings can be extended to 7pm at an extra cost of $30.

Community Group cost - $90.

The Kew Traffic School private party bookings can be booked up to 12 months in advance on a rolling calendar basis.

Full payment is required within two weeks of booking. If full payment is not received within this time, your booking will be forfeited.

No refunds are available, however, if a booking is unable to go ahead due to inclement weather an alternative party booking will be offered.

Kew Traffic School Holiday Program

Our next School Holiday Program will begin Monday 29 June and finish Friday 10 July 2009.

Session times for the Holiday program are:

  • 9.30am to 11.30am (2-5 years)
  • 12pm to 2pm (6-10 years)
