Street Sweeping

Street sweeping is performed on a four-weekly cycle. A street sweeping calendar is distributed to each household prior to the beginning of the new street sweeping cycle.

You can find out which street sweeping area you belong to and when your zoned area will be swept by opening the links below.

You can help Council keep your street clean by:

Keeping your vehicles off the street at the designated cleaning time.
Asking people that leave their vehicles parked in the street to participate in the program.
Making sure that leaves are free of sticks, branches and rocks as they will damage the machinery.

Note: Leaves from your front yard are not for collection by the sweepers.

In the event that your street is not swept on the nominated day due to machinery breakdown we will ensure the street is swept by the end of the next working day.
